Listing on German Stock Exchanges

Xemplar Energy Corp.("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has been dual listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the trading symbol "E7R.FSE" and on the Berlin Stock Exchange under the trading symbol "E7R.BER". The German WKN number is "AOETNJ". The listing of the Company's securities on the German Exchanges will give international investors an opportunity to invest in the Company.
