TSX Venture Exchange accepts for filing Corhill purchase.

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a purchase agreement dated July 7, 2005, between Kalac Holdings Ltd. (Mackenzie Jaims), Trevor Treed, Lane Dewar (collectively the vendor) and Xemplar Energy Corp. The company has acquired a 100-per-cent interest, subject to a 2-per-cent NSR royalty in 18 mineral claims (the Corhill property) straddling the border between Northwest Territories and Nunavut. In consideration, the company will pay $50,000 and issue 500,000 shares to the vendor.

A finder's fee of $15,000 is payable to Dallas Burns in connection with this acquisition.
