Private Placement

Xemplar Energy Corp. (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has entered into a private placement for the sale of 6.7 million units at a price of $0.15 per unit for a total of $1,005,000. Each unit will consist of 1 common share and 1 share purchase warrant for the purchase of 1 further common share of the Company within two years at a price of $0.30 per share. The funds shall be used for unallocated working capital and property acquisition. The maximum allowable finder's fee shall be payable.
